Roofing, Ventilation & Insulation
The objective on this project was to solve a moisture problem on the interior Cathedral Ceiling.
We removed the roofing and substrate so we could add ventilation to the underside of the roof and provide proper insulation. We opted for a non-invasive approach for the soffits, instead creating intake using an intake vent in conjunction with the ridge vent, and air channels below the roof. We finished the roof using GAF Soverign Charcoal shingles to match the rest of the building.
